Sheehy took care of my SUV after some deer damage and I just have to say I am beyond impressed with the service. I’d give 100 stars if I could. April was our estimator and she made the whole process effortless from start to finish. I was kept up to date on each step throughout the time my vehicle was there and the team got it back to me as quickly as possible. What really blew me away was my car was returned to me looking brand new, off the lot - the inside detailed, and the outside shining, wheels and all. They even happily welcomed my dog during the initial visit while the estimate was prepared! Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend this facility to others for any of their vehicle needs.

My experience with the insurance of the hit and run was awful. I chose to come to Sheehy collision bc I bought my car from Sheehy Mazda. I called and spoke with Christy and she was the best! So knowledgeable and helpful. I also had more issues with insurance company and Denise also was able to help me since the insurance company dropped the ball with setting up rental when they were supposed to. They did amazing work on the minor damage to my Mazda cx50 and christy was even excited for me to pick it up and cleaned my car. It looks spotless. Highly recommend

The first thing you need to do when you go for an estimate here is to not sign any papers because they will be sneaky and have you sign a paper that says let them do the estimate and start the work ing on a immediately! so if you have plans to take it to another shop or decide, you just want to get the money and fix it yourself somewhere of your choice! Do not go here!! They hold your car for a month and when “ready” will tell you come pick it up just to find they didn’t do half the repairs talked about! And conveniently April tells me she just found out on the same day. I pick up my vehicle that they cannot do the repairs. look at all the warning lights left on my vehicle and to top things off I had a rental and they did not communicate with enterprise and enterprise started withdrawing money from my personal bank account instead of the insurance because of lack of communication the first week they lied telling me they’re repairing my car I drive to check and it sitting in the parking lot with the doors all unlocked. I promise if anybody goes here, they will be really disappointed when coming to pick up their vehicle

Top-class service provided by Sheehy Collision Center! I came in for deer damage to my brand new car and Denise provided me with a comprehensive estimate within the hour. Adam kept me informed with periodic updates on the car throughout the entire repair process, too. The car had some slight cosmetic damage occur during the repair, but the team fixed these issues with no problems. The car was even cleaned/detailed beautifully before picking it up! Can't recommend these guys enough for collision repair!!
