I would give 5/5 if this review were just about Kevin, my service coordinator and the dealership. Kevin was so kind, responsive, helpful, and sympathetic. I told him my sob story about having a NEW Bronco sport that has experienced so many engine troubles and disrupted my life and he listened, heard me, and did everything he could to get my car seen as soon as possible even though they were so busy. I also bought my car from this dealership and it was a pleasant and friendly experience. They have also generously provided Lyfts home for me while my vehicle has been in their care, which is so very nice. As for the technicians, I’m not entirely sure what all goes on in these diagnostic processes but I do know they did not fix the problem I came in for and I had to come back. It inconvenienced me greatly. I came in because my whole car was shaking (strongly vibrating in idle) and rattling when I accelerated even slightly. It was vibrating and rattling just the same when I picked it back up and even had the check engine/ pre collision warning light on AFTER they had supposedly fixed it. I didn’t even have that light on before! They replaced a faulty coil under my first year warranty but they did not address the other issues. I hope to come back and revise this review soon if they find the issues this time, but I wish they had been thorough the first time or at least explained to me why they couldn’t fix the issues.

Horrible. Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for a car wash as I have the Sheehy VIP club service, and they didn’t even get around to that. I think this is really a front desk/customer service issue, because I know the technician finished my service at 1:15 based on a video text I received. I still didn’t get in my car until 2:40. When I asked twice where my vehicle was, they pointed me to the wrong car.

Having recently taken delivery of a 2024 Maverick after moving, I needed to find a dealership for scheduled maintenance. Sheehy Ford impressed me from the get-go. Whatever they're paying Willie, it isn't enough! Friendly and helpful, he got me sorted out quickly. Shayne was the soul of competence and professionalism. No complaints and a lot of compliments for these folks in the Service department.

My Ford transit was under warranty, the first time I took to them for transmission issue (25k miles) then they didn't found anything wrong, they said, I asked for the same issue many times until the 54K miles when finally they found a transmission problem, they rebuild the transmission and gave me 2y of warranty, the problem wasn't fixed at all, I took again the car to them las November 2024 and until now feb 2025. They email saying nothing found, they even didn't call me to tell pick my car, really disappointed and very bad experience for a long time. 😓😓
