This GM dealership in Hagerstown Md is & always has been the very best dealership I’ve ever dealt with hands down! I originally purchased my 2020 Silverado Duramax from Sheehy GMC and even the purchasing was outstanding so I have kept all the maintenance with them. Sheehy is very trustworthy, honest, and treats you like family. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about Sheehy and I will continue purchasing my vehicles and keep all my maintenance with them. This was the 2nd time buying a vehicle from them and both were top shelf! Sheehy will always have me for a customer!!

Bought a used 2500 HD earlier this year, my first ever diesel, and have been using Sheehy for service. They've been amazing. I don't feel ripped off (yes, prices might be higher than your local pop shop, but they're worth it) as they have all of the tools and knowledge to work on such sophisticated systems. Haven't had a bad experience yet and plan on continuing to use them long into the future of this vehicle.

We got an appointment very quickly for an issue with our car. We were informed at each step of the process while mechanics checked our car for what was making an annoying noise. It turned out to be a simple and inexpensive fix which would have been more costly and damaging to our car if we hadn’t gotten a quick appointment. I was driving on 81 when my GMC truck started misfiring. I located the closest GMC dealership and it happened to be Sheehy Buick GMC. I stopped in to see if they could diagnose the issue and not only did they diagnose it, they fixed it and I was back on the road in no time. Their Service Advisor Kyle, and Service Manager Logan were polite, professional and assured me that they had the best diesel mechanic around. In the two hours we waited, we wandered around dealership. Although they are doing some serious construction, I observed a very clean and professionally run facility.
