The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and organized, and the repair was completed faster than expected. Joe took the time to fully understand the wiper blade/windshield problem and explained the plan clearly—no pressure, no upsell. I waited on site; the lobby was clean, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the technician video and the extra touch of returning my car freshly cleaned. Highly recommend!

Typically the service at this dealership is excellent, until my most recent visit. Communication was good, I was kept up to date with the service. I agreed to the recommendations made and the work was done. I was notified that the work was complete and to pay the invoice. When I went to pick up my car, they could not locate my keys. They LOST my key. How does that happen? Being told the work is done, to pay the bill, take time from work and when I inquired about how they could have possibly lost a key, I was met with a "well, it happens" attitude. When I pushed further, I was told by the service manager Jason he would make sure who ever misplaced the keys would be "fired". Ridiculous. He said it in a way to make me feel like I was being difficult by asking for a reasonable explanation as to how that could happen, how may people operated the car, etc. That's being difficult? I was told it had happened before so you would think there would be safe guards in place. So after taking time from work to pick up my vehicle, I had to leave without my car. Yes, they did provide a loaner and it was appreciated. But it does not negate the fact that there is a flaw in how they keep track of who is in customers vehicles. Hopefully they will implement better practices so this does not happen again.

This is the 3rd Lexus Service Center I've visited since purchasing my vehicle and the customer service was exceptional compared to the others. My service rep was Ray Dallas. He was informative and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. While meeting with him and going over the needs of my vehicle, I didn't feel rushed, and he took his time. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Sheehy Lexus Service Center.

Sold us a used vehicle with 25k miles and the contract said extended warranty would add 75k miles from date of purchase. So we expected our coverage to go up to 100k. But we just found out they decieved us and told the warranty company to start the 75k from build date. Shady stuff.

I’ve always utilized the Annapolis location - but recently received service at another Maryland location. Wow what a difference!!! Annapolis rocks - the cleanliness, prompt attention and service, bistro and massage chairs. I’m sprinting back to Annapolis location after this experience.
