Loved the service department here! On the road for the holidays and had hatch strut fail, Mike was so friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. After confirming he had the part we made an appointment for the following day when we’d be driving through. They even offered us a shuttle service into town while the car was being worked on!

Even with an appointment for a simple oil change you can expect to wait hours. Just take your vehicle to jiffy lube and save yourself the time and inconvenience. Sheehy service plans are not at all worth the money and the wasted time or the inconvenience. No one should have ever to wait hours for a simple oil change especially when you make an appointment for the services.
