My mother has brought her 2024 Toyota RAV4 to this location for all of her services, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This was the second time she brought the vehicle in for the same service light issue. During the most recent visit, her service advisor, Teresa Harris, informed her that the repair cost was due to the windshield not being from the manufacturer. However, the vehicle was purchased brand new, so that explanation immediately raised concerns. When my mother tried to question and better understand how that could be possible, she was pressured to give a yes-or-no answer on the repair instead of being given a clear explanation. The interaction felt more focused on selling the service than helping the customer understand the issue. Communication was also lacking. We had to reach out ourselves for updates on the vehicle’s status. I ultimately picked up the vehicle with the help of another associate, yet I am still waiting for Teresa to return my call to even confirm that the vehicle was ready. Not notifying a customer that their daily-use vehicle is available for pickup is unprofessional. Additionally, the vehicle was in for something that should be covered under warranty, and no rental was offered. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism made this a frustrating experience. We expected better service, especially from a dealership that has handled all maintenance for this vehicle.

Ever since I bought my Rav4 I have had a consistently great experience bringing it in for service with the VIP membership package. It has been well worth the value and I have routinely received great service getting in, back home, and back to pick my car up with detailing. Every service advisor I have had has helped me well, it is great to see a process and service work well over the years and make me proud to have chosen Sheehy for the purchase and service. Truly and genuinely happy to have this one thing go consistently right over the course of the past few years. Thank you very much to management and staff that strive to improve the service experience.

Hi! I just purchased my first car with Zoey's help she was amazing!! Not only was her energy spectacular her smile and comforting aura made finding the perfect car for me an experience I will never forget! She made sure to answer every question, made sure to to show us full details on the cars we were taking a look at, and she made sure to check in on if we were hungry or thirsty. Very poor customer service. Teresa was extremely unprofessional and ineffective in communicating about the status of my vehicle. A simple service, using parts I had already provided took over eight hours with no updates or response. After receiving no communication, I had to go to the location in person. When I asked about when my car would be ready, she was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern. I do not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I was promptly received by the first attendants who sent me to Teresa Harris. She was wonderful as she gave me all the answers to my worries . The guys at the garage also did a very good job as they Checked the work to be done, not only giving the risk I will be running if prepairs are not done in time , but also the cost of each item to be replaced. This means I can already know what I should get ready with for the repairs. Sincerely, I very much appreciate your attendance towards a customer. Thanks. Ready to come many more times.
