I live in accokeek, but do all my vehicle inspections at this location. Unlike other inspection stations, the mechanics and owner are not nosy. Inspection is done rightly and promptly. Keep up the good work.

I went to have a leak fix. I brought the part they said to buy from Advanced Auto but they told me it was the wrong part. They went and supposedly got the correct. Well that part apparently is the wrong part. Because now my brake lights don’t work, my tired sensors and traction control doesn’t work. They keep giving me the run around about correcting there mistakes. The customer service is terrible and a total lack of professionalism. I’m going to try once more to solve the issue before I file a claim.

Great customer service, they pay attention towards customer satisfaction. Few days back I had done inspection of my car, the inspection officer their his name is MR T he is a person so passionate about his work and all other staff members working their so good.. Went and asked for state inspection. Employee asked if suv AWD or fwd wanted $150 for AWD. No thanks went to another location paid $90 plus tax.
