This could easily be one of the quickest and most organized MVA service experiences you’ll come across. Thanks to the multiple active lanes, several vehicles are assisted at the same time, making the whole process impressively fast and efficient.

Generally very quick for most people. I happen to get in a somewhat slow line but it still wasn’t a very long wait. They had lots of lines and cars were moving through very fast. They seemed very efficient and organized. Some lines take two cars at once and others just one car and you can’t tell until after you are already in line. But still, it did not take too long.

It's Veteran Day and your website in the AM said you were open and unusually slow. I was checking for the hours of operation to go the next day, but when the website said you were opened I went. It turns out you are closed. When got back home, I check your website in the PM again to see if it was my mistake, however it still said it was open and unusually slow.

Terrible RUDE!! all employees especially Dana in the office are very rude and unhelpful. A customer should not need to hear about why she hates her job there. Not my issue. I was charged twice $14 and was there for a hour trying to get a refund and then they said my car of 55,000 miles failed the test… they said go see a mechanic in the rudest way possible. DO NOT GO HERE
