Great service technicians and office staff. They do a fantastic job. They only do what is needed. I highly recommend Singer Auto Service for all of your automotive needs. I recommend them to my family and friend's. God Bless all 🙏

Consumer beware. I used to go here but recently things have changed. So our vehicle was brought in for an oil change and diagnostic to determine why we keep getting an engine light. Vehicle was dropped off in the morning yesterday 11/5/2025. Come 1:30 no phone call. My spouse called and was told the oil change was done but the other work was forgotten (my words). 5:30 comes and still no update. My spouse calls again and told we will hear from someone first thing this morning. It is now past their closing time and absolutely no update whatsoever today. After several attempts to contact but no response. Our car has now been with them for almost 48 hours and still no update whatsoever. I have had okay service in the past but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service. There has to be communication even if they’re delays. Nothing. I will be contacting them again tomorrow. This may be the last time going here regardless how convenient the location is from our home. You cannot expect customers to remain customers with this type of service and lack of communication. The time management and overall management of the workload has significantly declined to the point I will no longer be a customer. Not to mention their prices are a bit too high for this lack of customer service. I’m extremely angry and saddened Singer has gone to this level. Something has to change but it won’t be at my expense anymore.

I’ve tried to be patient throughout this process, but I need to be honest. It’s been frustrating, mostly because of the lack of communication. Here’s what’s happened: On August 22 at 8:30 AM, I dropped off my car to have the AC looked at. It was blowing cool air, but not cold. I didn’t hear anything all day, so I called at 4:30 PM and was told you were trying to get a hose from Toyota. I was also told I could pick up the car the next day if it wasn’t ready. On August 23 at 8:30 AM, I came in expecting to pick up the car. Instead, I was told for the first time that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I approved the work and paid for the brakes. I was also given a quote for the AC repair and told the hose would arrive on Tuesday, August 26. That trip could have been avoided. If I had been told about the brakes on the 22nd, I would have approved the work and picked up the car when it was ready. On August 26, I didn’t hear anything. I was expecting a call to bring the car back in for the AC repair, but no one reached out. On September 9, I finally got a call and scheduled an appointment for September 12. On September 12 at 8:30 AM, I dropped the car off again. I called at 2:30 PM to check on the status and was told the job was more labor intensive than expected because the suspension needed to be dropped. I was also told the tech wouldn’t be in on Saturday but would be back Monday. Again, no heads-up. If I had known, I would have made arrangements. I can’t go this long without a car, and I shouldn’t have to chase updates every time. On September 19 at 8:30 AM, I dropped the car off again. I called at 5:00 PM to check on the status and was told the car would be finished on Saturday. I was disappointed to hear someone say I had been told this job would take multiple days. That’s not true. If I had been told that, I would have arranged for a rental. The timeline has stretched far beyond what I was told, and every update has only come after I reached out first. I’m asking for a clear explanation of what’s going on. I’m starting to lose confidence that this job is something the shop can handle. I’m also feeling uneasy about leaving my car in your care when I wasn’t told upfront that this would take multiple days. This experience has been the complete opposite of the great service I’ve had in the past, and that my family members have had. I even bought four tires from your shop earlier this summer. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I've been a customer of Singer Auto & Tire Center for nearly two decades, and I keep coming back because of their exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and consistently high-quality work. Over the years, they've taken care of everything from routine oil changes and new tires to major mechanical work on my vehicles. What sets Singer apart is the personal touch of a locally owned business—where the owner is hands-on and genuinely cares about customers. It’s a refreshing change from the impersonal experience and high staff turnover you often find at large national chains. My wife and daughter also trust Singer with their vehicles and receive the same courteous, reliable service that’s kept me coming back all these years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, honest auto shop.

We came for maintenance and asked for them to look at car and let us know what needed to be done. They did an oil change and recommended front brakes. Immediately upon driving away, the brakes made noise. Upon return the rear brakes needed to be done. We would've done it all same day. Then 1 mos later, a huge puddle of oil was under the car. Apparently, there was a known recall to which they "see a lot of this". They charged $300 for towing and then another $374 for the repair. Had we known, we'd have gone to the dealership. I called and the owner manager actually raised his voice at me, would not let talk, insisted I called him an attacked him first. I simply said it's a shame he couldn't be trusted...I didn't even get to finish my phrase. I told him he can't talk to me the way he was and that I'd be paying the bill. As women, finding a reputable auto place is hard. We're also struggling financially, so it's heartbreaking to be taken advantage of so badly. They weren't willing to discount their own tow service they used to get the car for something we feel they should've caught. Be very wary. They responded to my review with a gaslighting technique by saying they'd like to address our concerns...I'm confused bc I spoke w the owner who ripped me a new one for having the audacity to ask him to accept responsibility for his poor quality of work. The pat response they gave me indicates they have no clue to what's going on. I repeat, this company does not have your best interests in mind. They have my financial information and address, as far as I'm concerned the only acceptable response is a check in the mail or credit card reversal.
