I came into the shop for an oil change based on Google reviews and having a customer care package for a new Carvana purchase. I was also experiencing intermittent electrical issues which was determined to be related to an aged battery, but despite the warranty company rejecting the claim, Singh Auto was able to work with me on diagnostic fees, and I plan to return for future service.

I had an amazing experience at this shop. Noor, the owner, went above and beyond for me. He spent hours and hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. When I didn’t have all the money for the repairs, he kindly asked how he could help to figure out how to move forward. His kindness, patience, and genuine care are rare to find these days. On a cold windy afternoon in November I was stranded on the side of 95 due to what I thought was a faulty battery. Turns out it was my alternator. I was able to purchase the alternator from a local shop and Singh’s Auto Excellence was quick to assist with the install. While speaking with employee Noor on the phone, he was kind, understanding and eager to get my back on the road. When I arrived, Noor greeted me at the door, coordinated a ticket for the car and immediately got my car back to the shop. While there I remembered I also had a headlight out but had the bulb with me, Noor and his team without hesitation agreed to repair the light along with the alternator. While under the hood the belt was observed to be damaged as a result of the bad alternator. Noor and team advised we take care of this today and with my approval he was able to order the belt and install without additional labor costs. Noor and his team turned a situation of distress and frustration into a pleasant, calming and proactive experience. So much gratitude to Noor and the team for their grit, grace and generosity.
