Weird weird experience. Came to check out a car for my sister, and before I could test drive the vehicle, they wanted to see my insurance card and hold the keys for the car as collateral. License is standard, but insurance and holding my keys? Who does that? Told him flat out, I can leave my phone in my car and he can wait outside if he wanted. But ain't no way in hell was I gonna give him the keys to my baby. They wanted $6.2k OTD for an Impreza w/ 188k miles and wouldn't budge on the price; despite the vehicle's steering wheel controls not working, warped rotors that you can feel shake the steering column, and at least 1 piston that is shot. The check engine light started flashing after 2 min of driving and the traction control light came on. They said they just put air in the tires, but the tire pressure light was also consistently on throughout the test drive. They said they'd only offer a discount if the vehicle was bought with cash and that everything I stated was normal for a used car. Used cars should be in good driving condition for at least a year, their Impreza wouldn't last 2 weeks without some wrench time. If anyone wants to buy lemons at a premium this is the place to go. What a joke lol.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Buyer beware, this dealership is a scam. Sold a car that immediately had problems with it, ended up having to fix it myself because they put you through 100 hoops to use your warranty. Original price of vehicle was $5,000 plus 1700$ in dealership fees, put 3,000$ down, the salesman tell us we only need to finance for the remaining $4,000, look over all the paperwork and we had been financed for a $6,000 loan. Edit: this is not a fake review I was there when the vehicle was purchased and provided money for the down payment. Just because my name is not physically on the vehicles title doesn't make this review fake.

Terrible business practices. I called to make sure the car was available for a test drive, told them I'd be there in an hr. When I arrive, they say it needs to be prepped w/ air in the tires and a brake check. What were you doing for an hour before I left the house??? Then it just gets weird. They asked for my license, which is normal. But then they want my insurance and the keys to my current vehicle... Um what? I have NEVER been asked for forfeit my keys nor asked for insurance. This place is just weird and shady all around. I just left. If they can't respect my time to prep before I arrive, they're screwing you one way or another. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Something isn't right.

I took my car to this shop for a Maryland state inspection and waited over 90 minutes. My car didn’t pass, and they gave me a repair estimate totaling more than $1,600. They even offered a 10% discount if I had the work done there within 30 days. Something didn’t feel right, so I took my car to a different authorized inspection station for a second opinion. The second shop found that the only issue was my rear brake pads and rotors — a repair that cost me under $500. What’s even more concerning is that the first inspection didn’t mention the brakes at all. I strongly feel this shop exaggerated the repairs in an attempt to profit, assuming I wouldn’t question it. I wouldn’t trust them, and I highly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.
