My Mercedes was hit while parked and had damage to the side and front bumper. A friend referred me to Sky Auto Repair. I called and was able to take my vehicle in right away. Mr. Sky was courteous, patient and emphatic. (I was very upset). Once I dropped my vehicle off, I was updated on the progress of my vehicle and the dealings with the insurance company. There were delays on the insurance company’s behalf, but Mr Sky handled and resolved them and worked with me. When I got the call my car was ready and picked it up …. I was ECSTATIC!! She looked brand new! The customer service and workmanship was excellent. Thank you for making this experience less stressful!

Disappointed in Sky Automotive for fraudulent behavior. I brought a car that had an accident, and instead of replacing the damaged bumper and sensors, Sky Automotive glued back the old bumper, reinstalled it, and spray painted it instead of buying the new parts and painting the new parts. Now my sensors are not working and need to be fixed by Tesla. At least $300 and may cost more depending. Total lack of appreciation for the works I've've awarded him in the past, including this one, and this will be the last. Will never be using him again. This is my advice for everyone.

Sky was awesome! He called ME back after he had missed my call(before I even became a costumer)! He thoroughly checked and explained my engine problems and was very clear and concise! I lived in Baltimore for 3 yrs and I can safely say that I’ve found my guy!

I bought a car from Sky and immediately had engine light appear, broke dowm within days and come to find out after spending anither $1500 he sold it to me with a warped/cracked engine. He stated he is a professional mechanuc and knows cars and yet, he has made 0 effort to do anything but take my money. Do not trust his work or integrity.
