Took 2 motorcycles for state inspection and upon dropping them off, the guy said "we don't care what happens in 6 months, motorcycle riders will be dead by then anyway." to our face before even getting our business. Upon picking up the motorcycles after dealing with him and his rudeness I asked why he was being so rude and his response to my husband was, "I thought you were arrogant when you came in here [we only asked what they inspect on bikes] and so I labeled you right from the beginning." We will not be returning and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Took the ProMaster in because the rear doors would not open. Service Advisor texted me and said lock was broken and cost $1,490 to repair. Wasn’t really feeling that. Took to local shop and they showed me the position the interior safety latch should be in and doors operated perfectly fine. INCOMPETENT to say the least. Attempted robbery. Sent a message directly to the dealership and never hear a word back.
