Very unprofessional business and owner. Owner owes me a huge sum of money, does not pick up their phone or answer their calls. Be cautious in doing business with Smith’s Auto Repair

My husband and I are having an awful experience. The customer service has been so unprofessional. The repairman/owner has taken our deposit, could not fix our car, promised to refund our deposit, and has not kept his promise nor will he answer the phone. When we call from a different number he answers and then tells us to hold on and comes back with another lie to blow us off. We fixed our car somewhere else but need the refund to pick it up. It has been two weeks since he promised to refund our money and even promised again yesterday to send it this morning, but still no refund. Be careful doing business with this guy. Don't send any money until the job is done. He is not trustworthy. If you call the number on the website you will get his name. I will not take my car there ever again. We have been taking our cars to him for years but now he has ruined our business relationship.

The technician was very friendly and the quote was raisonnable. I also like the fact that the service was completed in less than 5 hours. This type of service usually takes a day or 2 at the dealership. Recommendations could be to Explain the service to the customer at the beginning and keep him up-to-date when the service is being performed.

My family and I were traveling back to NC from NY when our minivan developed a gas leak. We were fortunate to find Smith Auto Repair! They kept our vehicle (full of luggage and souvenirs) safe overnight and fixed it quickly once they got the needed part. Carlos and Simon are both super nice guys who helped us get back on the road as soon as possible and the pricing was fair and reasonable.
