I have taken my lawn mower there for the past 3 years, I took my mower there yesterday. Shop foreman said he was 2 weeks backed up was still able to get back to me. I did not forget to thank which I appreciate. I did kept it in fair service. Until now, I had no reason to doubt their reliability. I took it there October 2024 for full service to get ready for storage/spring and cut the grass last time ranin Oct. it was very low low in fuel added stable placed in cool dry shed. Last week filled new gas in it this week try to it wouldn't start. Get back to Smith's. They said I need an air filter. (The air filter was installed in October). They were going to charge me for the air filter. They didn't save the old filter. The shop foreman was advised. After brief discussion, foreman said had no time to take filter off. I think that was a bit disingenuous and disappointing. However, at the end of discussion, I wasn't charged for new filter but paid half hour for labor. When my lawn mower was returned to me the following morning it set out in the rain and covered with mud. So far it has stated. I don't think they'll get repeat future business from me.

Had my Craftsman riding mower serviced at Smiths last year and boy was I disappointed. When they picked it up I told the gentleman that it randomly cuts off while I am mowing. It is only 2 years old. Long story short, they charged me over $300.00 and did not fix the problem . I would strongly not recommend their service. I want to Thank Smiths Repair for honoring me as a customer and fixing my mower as promised. I appreciate that your business took the time to contact me and make it right.

Really impressed by Smith's. Great service and competitive pricing, they are an outstanding outfit. Even though we were told it would be 2 weeks to get our lawnmower fixed, they worked around the clock and got it fixed quicker. Very friendly front desk staff as well. Highly recommend!

Went in for a pull cord repair and they made a mistake when I drop off the lawnmower and I did have to call and check the status of my lawnmower, however there customer service was amazing they went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Recommend them 100%, repair was done quickly and everything is working great with no issues. Bravo Zulu to this Veteran owned business.

Smith's always provides great service on all the equipment I've brought them. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I contacted another company to come pick up my mower and after waiting for a week I canceled with them. I called Smith's and they came out the next day. They fixed the problems and had it back quickly. I highly recommend them.
