I have a pick up truck that received front end damage, I called initially and spoke with Jason to inquire about a quote to have the repair taken care of. Brought the truck in a few days later, he and I walked around the pick up. he explained the process took several pictures answered every single question I had. I decided to have the work done, and he communicated the entire step of the way through the repair process. Just picked up the truck and everything looks completely factory and it all looks fabulous. I highly recommend Snow Hill Auto Body to anyone needing repair work done on the vehicles.

Once again, I'm a happy customer 😊 I would give Snow Hill Auto Body 10 stars 🌟 if I could.They did as they promised, and gave me outstanding service, but honesty, I'm not surprised. I live in Salisbury Maryland and I leave ALL the other auto body shop businesses near me, to bring my vehicles here. It gives me immense pleasure to write this review. I was in urgent need of a new front mirror and researched several possibilities in my area. The estimates were sky high and there was no personal touch in customer service. Luckily, I found this auto shop on a website with great reviews. I live in Salisbury, still I took my car to Snow Hill Auto Body Shop. I met a wonderful person, Anna Grimm, who was both professional and caring. She took the time to look for an estimate for my broken mirror and helped me get a reasonable price. Thank you to the Auto body shop leader and team for your help when it was most needed. I would give Snow Hill Auto Body Shop 5 in fact maximum stars for exceptional customer service (particularly Anna Grimm), prompt assistance and technical expertise. My family and I were traveling home from Ocean City and we had a mechanical problem with our Volvo. No shops near us my wife contacted Snow Hill and they jumped into action helping us. They towed the vehicle to their shop and quickly got us running again. Everyone my wife dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. I cannot say thank you enough for the service we received and I highly recommend this repair shop and its team.
