I took my Dodge Journey to SNS Car Repair after the engine light came on and paid around $192 for the repair after their diagnosis. Unfortunately, the same engine light and code returned the very next day! When I brought it back, I was told further diagnostics would require additional labor charges, with pricing close to dealership rates. That felt unfair since the original issue was not resolved. I understand repairs can be complicated, but I expected more confidence in the original diagnosis and accountability when the same problem came back immediately the next day! Sharing my experience so others are aware. I hope it helps the business improve their service going forward.

It’s incredibly clean and organized, unlike many other shops where tools and boxes are scattered everywhere. Jack’s shop feels like an oasis, and that first impression really sets the tone. But of course, a clean shop doesn’t mean much if the work isn’t solid, and thankfully, they deliver on that too. The team does excellent work, and they’re honest mechanics who truly stand by what they do. They offer a 1-year labor warranty and a 2-year parts warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service in case I have any issues down the road.
