I was in town attending CIAA and drove my Cadillac Escalade from South Chesterfield, Virginia to the Baltimore area. When I arrived, I noticed steam coming from my vehicle and immediately became concerned. Being out of town made the situation even more stressful. I contacted SNT Automotive, Inc. and they were absolutely amazing. They were quick to assess the issue, friendly, professional, and very affordable. What truly stood out was that they provided a courtesy ride to and from my hotel, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I am incredibly grateful for the care and efficiency they showed while I was away from home. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. SNT has never done me wrong. They are honest and fair and I will go back again and again and recommend them to anyone. I once had a vehicle that was basically not fixable and they were honest about that. Another time they simply did not have the specialized equipment for my vehicle and recommended me to go elsewhere. All the other times they have been I touch, done great work, and I have never left feeling like I’d been “had”. It is so nice to have a go-to business that you can trust. SNT will always be my first choice.

There is a reason that this shop is so highly rated. This is a great family owned auto shop in a residential community. The owners are very knowledgeable, interesting, and friendly. They do quality work. The waiting area is very clean and smells great.
