Used bay twice no soap, first time i figured maybe a glitch. NeXT time same results, money wasted! Knocked on door, no answer. Called number listed no answer ( can’t leave voicemail bc mailbox is full) terrible just terrible

I put in a $20 bill for the $16 car wash. The machine isn't giving change back. And the phone just rings, ask you to leave a message, then says that the users mailbox cannot accept more messages. Terrible business model. And I want my change back.

Used the vacuum machine twice $2 each, I was charged $10. left a message waiting for someone to return my call.

Went for the deluxe wash to get sand/salt off my truck after being in obx. The wash only took a few minutes which I thought seemed too fast for it to have done much. I was right, there was sand still all over my truck after I left despite driving very slowly through the rinse at the end… 9 bucks down the drain….. Also the power of the vacuum was terrible as well, and it couldn’t read any of my cards so I had to exchange cash for those dollar coins. There went another two bucks….
