I can’t express how happy I am with the service I got from Essex Auto Repair. I had a dead battery. They came to my house confirmed that gave me a jump then took the car with them. Replaced the battery and terminals and brought back in just a few hours. The price was more than fair and I was happy to write the check. They were so nice, polite, competent. I certainly recommend them for whatever your car needs. BTW I’m going to use them for tune ups and any other car needs I may have. I am so grateful for all they did.

Scammers, stay away from this company. I had my car towed to this shop because my car wouldn’t start. They said it was a fuel pump and supposedly fixed it. I had the same problem again 1 week later and gotten it towed to this shop for them to fix it and they said it was a security system problem. So I have the same issue I payed this company to fix and now I’m kicking out more money for a new problem. 3 weeks after I had them replace the supposedly security issue fixed it’s still doing the same thing. My car got towed to a real shop and they said it’s the fuel pump and it has to be replaced. Waisted my time and money. Avoid them at all cost!

I can't stress enough how great these guys are. Paul and Robbie have been my dad's mechanic for at least 30 years before he passed. I won't go anywhere else. If I need something, no matter how sudden it was, these guys will always have time for me, not because they know me forever but that's how professional these 2 are. Thank you Paul and Robbie for more than 30 years of excellence. Ps. Me and my dad would got rid of at least 3 cars if not for Paul and Robbie because everyone else wanted so much for the repairs.
