My car broke down after a weekend vacation in ocean city. My friends and i called around 20 places for help but no one was able to get me in right away. Todd told us to bring the car right over and he’d be able to look at it. He fixed my car in great timing to get back on the road to NY and gave me a great price! He saved the day and i would recommend him to anyone. He was honest, nice and so helpful!

My wife and daughter were visiting a university nearby when their alternator and battery decided to completely stop working. They pulled off the road and gave me a call for help. Unfortunately, they were about 3 hours away, so we took a chance on SOS Auto Service and were very impressed by the quick turnaround time. The car was fixed in the same day in about 5 hours. The alternator is still working great today. We really appreciated the professional attitude, quality work, and the fact that it was performed same day!

Was kind of smart talking over the phone, but in person seems decent. Took my car for an issue with my headlight. Everything was good until I had to call him & check in. He said he was still trying to figure problem out & he would NOT go over 250-300$ & he would CALL first if it got to that. I’m a very well listener. Long story short it was over 500$ when I picked up! I took it gracefully, and will NEVER go back for that or recommend to anyone. I’m a woman of my word. What goes around comes around!

Took my jeep to 4 other mechanics for misfires. SOS fixed it, and now it’s driving incredibly. Few months later took it back to get a new exhaust put in… now it drives and sounds amazing. Guys are super nice; attentive and work hard to get your vehicle back to you asap. He stayed 45 minutes after closing just so I can get my jeep back before the weekend. That’s top tier service.

Todd was an absolute Godsend. My key got stuck in my ignition just a few days before I was moving to Baltimore to start a new job. He went out of his way to find the fastest delivery for the parts needed, installed them that day, made sure my battery was still good, and then topped off fluids and added air to my tires for good measure. He was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process and I am so grateful!
