We were lucky to find Jeff Souder. Our BMW X5 was having alternator issues and failed at 7am on a Wed. We called Jeff based on his reviews and he showed up right away with a free loaner car and took our vehicle to his shop. Our car was worked on impeccably at a price that was very reasonable. Come to learn that Jeff is a Factory Certified Master Technician and worked for years at a dealership before branching out on his own. That professionalism has never left him. Absolutely the best German car mechanic on Kent island and probably the whole Eastern Shore for the money and honesty he offers. Jeff was a Master Tech for VW/Audi and is extremely knowledgable but better yet a good person who will always recommend what's in your best interest, even if that means he wont make an extra dollar off of you. I have brought my car their for repairs and even recieved an Audi Quattro as a loaner car for no extra charge. If you need a trustworthy, quick, no BS german car mechanic you just found him.
