I had sensors done on my tires and they said my truck would be ready in an hour and they were right on time. The tech Travis F. was very efficient and friendly and got me check out and on my way. I'm highly impressed with South Side Tire & Auto. When it comes to vehicle issues, they are the wise choice. Recently, I had a screw in my tire and after a disappointing experience with another shop, I turned to Google Reviews and found South Side Tire & Auto. They welcomed me, took care of my car promptly, and provided a comfortable waiting room with amenities. In less than an hour, they patched my tire for under $60. Their customer service was excellent, and I was back on the road with minimal inconvenience. I highly recommend considering South Side Tire & Auto for your automotive needs. Bonus: not only did South Side patch my right rear, they aired up my other three tires to the recommended pressures. Outstanding service!!

Recently moved here for work and had to have an inspection done on a brand new 2025 vehicle. This place banged up my wheels and lug wells with whatever impact tool or wrench they used to take them off for the inspection. I didn't expect a place that specializes in wheels and tires to screw up something so simple. Also got some kind of red dirt in the seat and door sill. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if you care about your vehicle and don't want to be billed $115 to not get it back in the same condition it arrived in.

Yep…the worst happened. I got a flat tire along MD 70, 2hrs away from home. No big deal right? But…as many newer car owners are discovering, there isn’t a spare or tools to change a tire. I called a couple places and they couldn’t come out until I found South Side Tire & Auto. They were efficient, with a timely response and changed my tire right there on the roadside. The price was right on point and the service was incredible. I was so pleased with the service on the roadside I tipped the pleasant but work focused employee that day. We were on with the task of our day with little disruption thanks to South Side Tire and Auto. Use them!!!! You won’t be sorry.

One of the best local shops every had the pleasure of doing business with. In 2021 my Hyundai Tucson did what Tucson do and broke the engine. They didn't charge me a dime to diagnose the issueand advised to take it the dealership to make their headache. And now years later I'm back in the same position due to my car being a Hyundai Tucson. So needless to say this is a great local shop if you ahve any worries, they will treat you well. With customer service on par with the 90's. (which means they actually care about their reputation and the customer experience.)
