Got the $15 service and really expected better. It definitely got a lot of the road grime off my white car but still left a lot to be desired. It was super quick and vacuums have very nice suction. So if you spend money on the wash, definitely take advantage of the vacuums.

I am one of the weird ones.. I'm in town on business, driving a rental car from Hertz out of the Richmond International Airport, and because the car isn't clean enough for me, I seek out a highly rated, automatic car wash.. Enter this Splash In on a Monday afternoon.. I motored down here from nearby California, MD, to see what they're all about and I am pleased with the results.. My only expectations are for the automatic wash to remove nearly all of any bug guts on the front of the car and to make an honest effort to clean the wheels while applying a decent amount of tire dressing.. This Splash In delivered all of that and offered drying towels for me to tackle any additional cleaning that I desired to do after exiting the tunnel.. Nearly all of the bug guts on the windshield were gone and the wheels were decently, though not perfectly, cleaned.. The tire dressing was somewhat unevenly applied, but that's the nature of these automatic washes with that feature.. I would say that I received a great value for the top of the line wash I paid for.. The wash and drying process in the tunnel was excellent, and only my attention to detail mandated a little extra TLC at the end.. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the facility is pristine at the moment.. It's kind of like a shiny new penny and I hope they can maintain it over time.. I would definitely return and use this wash for my own car or another future rental vehicle..

My Service today was amazing both gentlemen on the team today went above and beyond. I asked for the $19 wash one of the gentleman at the kiosk example in details about the membership special for the same price. I signed up and the other gentleman that completed my membership at the vacuum station notice my floor mats and informed me about the floor mat wash services. He took my floor mat and washed them himself and placed them back after my vacuum. The simple service today completely made my day but the biggest part was the less hassle with the experience. I will be returning with other vehicles.

Purchased the “Best” car wash with mat cleaning, was charged $6, not sure what triple means. I was told they do the carpet cleaning and it’s to the left when you are done. Proceeded to car wash, the track is very unsettling as it shakes and hangs up in places. Finished was and looked for somebody to be doing mats, nobody was around but another customer. After vacuuming my own mats, finally realized there’s a machine that does them. There was nobody around, peeked in windows to break room, nobody. When leaving the young man asked me if I wanted my mats done, too late, already late for my appointment. There is barely any room to navigate in and out and I’m sure there will be numerous complaints of curb rash. Normally we wash our own vehicles but after being in NY the salt residue was unbearable. I was headed to California and I would’ve been better off going to magic tunnel. Not to mention I tried purchasing the car was days ago in the dash-in app, apparently they’re not connected. Epic fail from a company perspective and even more disappointing in the county commissioners. The curse of that location will get splash-in as well.
