This is 1 of the best experiences I’ve had since I’ve moved to Maryland at this Honda Service Center. My advisor Mr Jamie (I think that’s how his name is spelt) was ever informative about telling me what is recommended for my car. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Smart guy and let me add that he was also very professional. He walked me through the ins and outs of my car’s longevity and what is needed to make my car last a lifetime. I drive a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T currently sitting at 94k miles. I will definitely be going back for servicing all that was recommended to replace and change cuz I certainly love this car. I just might ask Mr Jamie to sell me another car when I go back. Not trading my current car because I love it but I would certainly like another 1.

Bad experience at their service department reception this morning. I brought in my vehicle for a recall and a warranty issue. When I arrived basically I expected someone to approach me and tell me where to go next, but really nothing happened. I had to go to someone who is sitting doing nothing, asked him, and then he said your service is with Mr. Whatever, who was not around. There were 5 or 6 reps available and could have helped me but no one bothered. I waited for my service rep to show up for more than 15 minutes and nothing happened. All other service reps were walking around me, no one even bothered to say a word. They were like get off the way :) I took the car and left. Most probably they did not notice that either. Not coming here again for service ever.

Mr. Ernest was an excellent liaison for car service, ensuring the job got done quickly and correctly. I was concerned that my air filters would have been filled with pollen from the springtime, but he checked them and let me know they were fine. Appreciated his extra help! The online interface to make the appointment was also easy to use. Checkout was swift and efficient.

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and Tori took great care of me. She notified me of how bad condition my tires were in and provided quick friendly service. I been coming here for over 2 years now and I strongly recommend coming here for servicing. keep up the great work Tori

Update: originally I gave 1 star, but the owner genuinely cares and reaches out to every review. He did everything possible to correct my bad experience. Hopefully they can find more people to work in the service department because it seems like too many people have the issue of poor customer service and slow repairs. I wish all his employees had as much care in the business as he does. Bring your vehicle anywhere else. The phone takes several tries to be answered. Appointments are pointless and they can never get to your vehicle on the day you bring it in. They may even discover after a whole day of being there that they don't have the part in stock. If they do order that part, don't expect a call when it's in.
