I walked in just after opening on the day after a holiday closure needing a tire patched. They were packed with customers and only one vacant chair in the lobby. I was greeted very quickly and pleasantly. I thought I’d be in for a long wait and I was ok with that. To my surprise I was taken care of and on my way in under an hour. I witnessed them treat each customer that walked through the door with a smile and as if they were a good friend or family member. I highly recommend them.

Brent was thee sheet! That man went from tearing up his keyboard to get people paid and out of there, to building rapport with customers, as well as just being an all around, approachable, friendly man!!! I had an excellent experience at Spurry’s Tires. The service itself was awesome, but what truly stood out was Brent’s attitude and commitment to customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond what’s ordinary, remaining professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant through every interaction. Even when dealing with customers who may be a bit impatient, Brent maintains a calm and positive demeanor. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing great service. Their customer service is amazing and I have never felt that they've tried to cheat me in any way. If anything they have saved me money. They're very clear with what is wrong and what needs to be done and will give you multiple estimates if applicable. This past time they didn't even charge me for a tire repair because I'm going to have to be getting new tires anyway. I will definitely be taking my car here for anything that doesn't have to be done at a dealership.

Love Spurry's!!! Brent fixed me up with a plug quickly even though though they were relatively crowded. In every customer interaction I witnessed, Brent was courteous (if not friendly–obviously having developed a relationship with his customers), quick, and honest! Very glad to have Spurry's as a resource!
