Best kept secret in Westgate and Catonsville. Amazing mechanics. Affordable prices, quality, speedy service, honest, kind, and knowledgeable. Lady Jin and Dan are a rockstar team. We have been going to S&S Auto Tech (Jin's Auto) for over 9 years and they are hands down the best auto shop I have ever taken my cars. My husband and I drive a Subaru Outback and Honda CRV that are 10+ years old, so we need real work done on cars that don't have a lot of value. S&S Auto Tech are great at maintenance and big fixes. We have taken our cars for oil changes, brakes, tire repair, AC repair. rust repair, they even installed a trailer hitch I ordered off of Amazon. The Jins are accurate with time and cost estimates and provide exceptional service. They really do treat their customers like family. They are the kindest fairest people I have ever done business with.

Dan and Lady Jin are awesome. My car reeked of gas- called them THAT MORNING and they fit me in when I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else- had it back to me by noon the next day even though they were busy. Dan showed me my part- cracked fuel pump. They were very communicative through the whole process- I felt like I understood the timeline, the issue and associated costs. Their pricing was consistent with what online calculators had estimated, so I feel they price things very fairly. I've been driving my car for two months now, with a daily commute of around 70 miles and no recurrent or further issues. I hardly ever write google reviews, but one of the reasons I called them is because of what other people wrote here, so I want to offer that too- I had a great experience, all their praise is well deserved. I have done a BMW 535xi replacement of water pump, thermostat and axle, it’s very expensive at dealership but they only charge me 1/3 of dealership price and have done a great job! Thank you
