This is my 3rd or 4th service only because I have an extended warranty and can't move it elsewhere. Service staff Rickey was professional and detailed oriented after a rude experience with Service person Stephanie and misinformation from person in parts. The price was misquoted on multiple parts. However, was adjusted after discussion. The environment since the move from across the street is just Not welcoming, constant confusion and lack of customer service. Mr. Rickey, thank you for all you do and did.
