Do not bring your vehicle here. They will overcharge you and keep your car longer than expected. The owner never calls back and gives you a bunch of excuses and lies as to why your car is not fixed. I have brought my vehicle here a few times and they did a pretty good job that is why I came back, but this last time was the pits. I will never come back again. I suggest they shut down their shop. They are very understaffed and when you call it’s hard to get someone on the phone.

Great group of guys, really took care of my Miata. Extremely competitive pricing. Their shop is quite impressive with a lot of really nice cars. They know what they’re doing from standard services to performance, detailing, auto body, and more.

I was recommended by Charing Cross Car care center because my engine light came on they didn't have the equipment needed for my truck which I have a ML 350 Mercedes. The energy from this shop is top tier Nick & A woman behind the desk I believe Nick called her Ma, needless to say they were so polite and very honest Scott was so fast at solving the problem and I was out of there within 35 minutes. They work on all Vehicles don't hesitate to drop in you won't be disappointed..

Had an excellent experience w/ Straightline Automotive. Father and son owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They installed engine mounts and an exhaust on my 2010 Mazda Miata for a very reasonable price. More importantly, they checked some rattles I had underneath the car and found labor defects from a shocks and springs installation I had done at a different shop the prior month. They were able to quickly fix the problem and had me on my way. Cannot recommend these guys enough. P.s. make sure to check out the GT-R and other interesting cars inside the shop.

I've been here a few times, and they've always been great. But this morning, I take my Sienna in for an oil change and tire roation. They charged me over $320!!! He said the price of oil has gone up. They never mentioned anything when dropping it off, or when they called me to say it was done and go over what was done to the van. I'm absolutely shocked at the amount they charged me. I called the dealership where I purchased the van to ask how much they would have charged me, and they said $85. I'll be taking my vehicle to the dealership from now on!!
