Called on Friday trying to bring my car in that was broke down on the side of the road. I somebody helped me get it running and in drive but if I parked the car and turned it off, it wouldn’t start again. The first thing I do it tell the guy on the phone that and I tell him what the problem is and ask if I can bring it asap. He puts me on hold, comes back and he says he has to charge me $65 for a diagnostic. I tell him 2 different mechanics have told me what the problem is so I don’t need that and he starts giving me a questionnaire as if I need to know how to fix it too, not just what the problem is or he’s charging me for it anyways lol then he tells me I can bring it MONDAY as if I didn’t tell him the situation. Wasted my time and I’m glad he showed how money hungry he was before he did any work on my car.

First time customer from out of town. I trust Ishmael and Strong Master Auto Repairs. Ishmael knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile to help out his customer! A+ The work was done right and for a very reasonable fair price. Family run biz and I felt very comfortable no extra stuff was pushed on me, just made aware of my options. When the alternator replacement was completed Ishmael showed me the before parts and the new parts (I was reassured that I got exactly what I paid for with my optional fixes I decided to do for safety, too). Folks I was in a complicated jam- road trip traveler's worst nightmare- my car died as I was driving on the interstate passing through D.C. on a Friday night. Thankful to the good guy who helped me that night off the road! Then next day I called Strong Masters who are open early Saturday morning. Back on the road in hours!! Days later and 4 states later all is still going great with my car. I recommend!

My Son broke down in Maryland and I called my cousin and her told me about Strong master. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs repair or body work. Iremel is a number 1 in my book. We are now back on North Carolina and the car is running GREAT!!!!
