Overall, we had a good experience. They repaired my spouse’s vehicle in about 10 days and coordinated seamlessly with the insurance company. Having a rental car ready for us on the day of drop-off was a huge plus and made the process much easier. My only suggestion for improvement is their communication regarding the initial assessment. As this was our first accident, we weren’t sure what to expect. We assumed the "assessment" meant a full teardown/inspection, but it was actually just a 5-minute photo session. It would have been helpful to know beforehand when scheduling that the assessment was not the actual drop-off for repairs. Clearer instructions for first-timers would make this a 5-star service!

Just days before our child’s delivery, I was in a car accident that damaged our family vehicle’s front bumper, headlight, and fender. Subway quickly repaired the car, leaving it in better condition than before. We got the car back the day we came back from the hospital. Subway Auto Body is the best auto body repair shop in the area. If you are want a repair that restores your car to that like new look and where the work is priced reasonably, go to Subway Auto Body. Me, family, and friends have had our vehicles repaired at Subway Auto Body, and have never been disappointed. While my car was finished when promised, I was telephoned daily and given updates. Who does that these days? Randy, the manager and Melissa have been at Subway Auto Body for more than 20 years. They know what customer service, professionalism, and outstanding work looks like, so they do it really well. Go see them, you will be glad that you did.

Subway Auto Body assessed problem related to ice damage in recent snowstorm and resolved quickly at a fair price. They even returned our car with a fresh car wash! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Excellent service.
