T And T Automotive supports all our unlock needs. We wouldn't be as Streamlined without Cliff!

If leaving a zero star review were an option I definitely would for this place. We took in one of our vehicles for an estimated $250-$300 repair we were told it could take 2 to 4 weeks for them to get the part and install it for us. Never once did they contact us telling us that it was going to take them longer than estimated or be more expensive than estimated. We contacted them biweekly until our vehicle was done nearly 5 months later when we went to pick up our vehicle, he tried to charge us $800 for the service rendered. nowhere on the invoice Could he show us where he did extra work that cost $500. After refusing to negotiate with my African-American husband, he was more than happy to negotiate with me (Caucasian). After leaving his shop, the vehicle he had serviced broke down in the middle of an intersection not 10 minutes from his shop. When confronted with this information, he told us it wasn’t his problem and to give him a call if we needed him to tow it for us. due to their negligence and lack of speedy service our battery died, while on their property/watch, and he never offered us a new one, rather let us drive away knowing we wouldn’t make it more than 10 minutes, because he could make more money off of Towing us in and then putting a new battery in. Mechanics like him give the whole industry a bad reputation. Hell will freeze before he sees another dollar of mine.

I brought my 2003 Ford F150 to Cliff as the transmission was developing a slight slip. Due to the age I was fully expecting a major repair. Cliff found that a seal had dislodged and that was the cause. He could have just as easily told me I needed a new trans and I wouldn't have known the difference. While he had it I also had some other work done that was very reasonable and he got it done fast to accommodate our vacation schedule.
