We found ourselves in a very stressful situation - out of town and our car died in the middle of the road. Towed to T&D. They took the time to listen and run a diagnostic even though they felt it was an issue they would not be able to take care of there. Knowing we were out of town they did all that very quickly and gave us good advice. Dave was very helpful and refused to take any money for his help. Thank you T&D for your kindness.

Do not do business with them! They are shady! Our vehicle died in their lot so we figured give them a shot. Told them to hat needed to be done… replace alternator. Get a call with a quote for how much it would be to have it done.. charge us $1300 to replace the alternator…3x the amount.. any other mechanic around was going to charge. Told them to put key in visor would have towed to one of them. They proceeded to tell us there is $300 bill for diagnostic. Refused to give our vehicle to the tow company. Pay a diagnostic fee sure.. however not a fee that is 3x anyone else around.. that is some BS. Better not have done anything else to our vehicle without permission! Tony’s attitude is rude and disrespectful. Told us the. Do it yourself!! Why anyone would want to business with this place beats me!

If there were ANY way I could give a ZERO Star, I Would!! This Business is Not Professional or Honest. My daughter had her vehicle towed by AAA to this facility with a flat tire and battery that wouldn't start. She was told that as soon as they found out the issue, they would contact her with the findings and price to get it fixed. She was contacted AFTER they took it upon themselves to put a part on her vehicle (battery Terminal) without consulting with her first, then charging her $181.00 for the part. PLEASE beware of this business, DO NOT leave your vehicle there unattended. They will put parts on your vehicle without your consent then charge you for it. We are Believers and we KNOW that ALL Things Work Together for GOOD to those who Love The Lord and are called according to HIS Purpose, So We Will ALWAYS WIN!! As for T&D/T&S Automotive, your business will NEVER prosper if you continue scamming and not having Integrity in treating your customers with honor and respect. You just lost a potential customer that would have brought you recurring business and referrals. We Pray that you will change from your wicked ways and allow GOD to use you that will ultimately Bless You.
