We were on our way to New York for Thanksgiving and all of a sudden our tire pressure was low. We filled it with air and within minutes noticed that the pressure was dropping again. With a minivan full of kids and a long car ride ahead, this was exactly what we pray should not happen on any given road trip. SJ was our hero. He stayed open late just to help us out, and charged a very reasonable fee when he all of the leverage to charge us whatever he could have demanded. An honest businessman with a heart. He listened carefully to my concerns, gave me a much better estimate than others, and I decided to leave my car with him. It’s been two months now, and my car has been running smoothly with no issues at all! I had transmission problems before, but now I feel completely safe driving.
