I would recommend NEVER coming here, I don't care if it's for something basic like a tire repair or PM! You will be here for hours and it will NOT go smoothly. I've been in the bay for 6 hrs and counting for a DOT inspection where I needed new pads on 1 wheel, just 1! I've been here before for a PM, halfway through the service the finally tell me they don't have one of the filters.. Well why did you start the service!!?? I had to go locally to find my own filter. I vowed to NEVER come back here and I broke it, and guess what I'm screwed again! Its midnight now Hopefully we'll finish up sometime tonight.. GO UP THE STREET TO COLUMBIA FLEET SERVICE NOT HERE!

This place is a joke. Will never come here for any work again. The mechanics obviously do not want to work. Been waiting and waiting, finally go to check on progress and he said he was waiting for me turn my truck on. Never once was told.

The worst service I have ever experienced, unprofessional mechanic they took me tow days to do the oil change, the guy who changed the oil, he didn’t know how to open the grille guard of my truck and he was just waiting until I arrived” I asked him are you done with my truck he said no bro I don’t know how to open this😡and at the end my new brand 26 truck was not starting finally he started wasting my time fixing that ,come on mannn who hired you to wasting people’s time that’s not cool , going there is just wasting of time and a bad customer service at their office .

Multiple mix ups with their paperwork had them serve two people that came after me before me. Then they let me sit for over an hour after they finished because they forgot to tell me I was good to go. But hey, I got a full ten hours in, albeit without any sleep. Yay. It seemed like they were grossly understaffed. Hire more people. That shop was busy the entire time. You can definitely afford it.

Worst service experience ever, and could not find one person who I deem to care about it in the building. They should just shut the shop down. Employees act like they are doing someone a favor working there... I had a PM done in NJ in which the tech crossthreaded my oil filter cap. I came to the shop in Jessup because oil was spitting out everywhere. After having to wait in line as if I was a new customer and practically begging a tech unscrewed the cap and saw the damage. The work order was written 6/27/24 after midnight. The cap had to be ordered. I called on the 27, 28, and came back on the 29th. Not one of those calls was I able to speak with Shari the manager all the services reps made one excuse after the next as to her not being able to get to the phone. They did say she was getting the part on the 27th. I was never able to confirm she had it. Saturday I asked Zay in person about the part and he said I would have to wait until Monday. I went to the store manager and asked who else I could discuss the issue with He called another manager named Levette I think because the real shop manager is on vacation. I requested that she call me that never happened she must have called Shari the repair shop manager because Zay called for the part on Saturday after 1200 and they were closed. I was called by the manager Shari on Monday July 1 and was informed that they had the part, I said I did not know when I could come in and asked if anyone could access the part if she was not there. She replied yes it will be on my desk. I went to the shop Tuesday night and none other than Zay was there and he said her office was locked. He did not ask security to open it either. He instructed me to park at bay 3 and Shari would be in in the morning at 8. The next morning the woman with the long black hair and Jeremy knocked on my door and asked if I had a work order(example of their lack of communication). The woman explained she was waiting for a tech to come put the part on. At 0845 I asked the long haired woman how do they pass on information and she replied "I am not talking to you..." At 0900 I still had not been helped so I left for my 1000 appointment for a load. I was called enroute to come back to bay 3, when I informed them I had an appointment and that I would have to come back. Finally on the July 3 my work order for an oil filter cap initiated on June 27th was complete. While I waited numerous times in the lobby. I watched service techs make drivers wait when they did not have to. Numerous mechanics not being dispatched on jobs they were capable of doing. Road calls with 6pm eta the driver/company calls and techs say oh someone will be with and as I am watching no one sent after hours on the side of the road waiting. One shift to the next there is no communication passed on. A tech will say I don't know why they told you that they don't know how what goes on on this shift... Excuse me are you bringing new customers with your shift??? They guy waiting since 0900 still has precedence over new customers. or that's the way my brain works. DO NOT EXPECT THAT YOU WILL BE TAKEN AFTER SHIFT CHANGE. Service techs leave the front desk un manned for extended periods of time. They answer calls on speaker. I heard Zay say "wait or leave..."" They do not care, find other means... THE ENTIRE SHOP WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MECHANICS CAN GO I. THE TRASH. PRAY TO GOD YOU DONT BREAK DOWN ANY WHERE NEAR JESSUP. IF YOU DO GOOGLE OTHER REPAIR SHOPS IN THE AREA. NONE OF THEM CAN BE WORST
