UPDATE: they did order a new skid plate and made it correct. The regional manager and the team made it correct which is much appreciated. If I could give a 0 I would. They did not put my skid plate back on and sent me out with my engine exposed and fiberglass cover destroyed after paying $200. Would not recommend. I was the only car there with 4 employees working and they still missed a crucial step … AND they didn’t even put air in my tires 👎 the regional manager will not respond to my calls and is claiming that this was an issue prior to coming into their shop and unwilling to claim ownership of the issues caused.

I received quick, efficient, friendly service on my engine without having to sit in a dirt, dingy waiting room. Engine runs great, cabin smells better, windshield is clean and squirtable. Got the high level filter and oil to be kind to my car after the tough driving of this winter. Great system for fluid and filter change.

Super great experience without leaving my car! When I called to get an estimate the guy sent me a text with a $10 coupon, so that was very cool. I appreciated the tech letting me know what else I needed without the pressure of spending tons more than I expected to spend in the first place. I'll be going again for sure. Thanks!

Nothing but issue after issue! Took our cars here for regular oil changes and recently we have had to return multiple times for oil leaks! Recently took my vehicle here before a trip. After we drive to the beach and woke up the next day the oil was completely drained out of the vehicle. Take 5 hand tightens the drain plug. I have oil stains in my garage, my drive way because of the incompetence of take 5.
