Hit a Deer. Took my 2011 Highlander here at first out of convenance being around the corner from my house and I am so glad I did. It has been a while since the work was completed and I can safely say the car is better then when I bought it. They made it easy. They handle the insurance, they arranged a rental to be brought and dropped back off at the shop, the actual repair was flawless, and to top it off they have a really cool friendly dog. I mean what more do you need. More, you want more, fine, greedy but, fine. After the deer incident. My girlfriend's ex-husband (good guy) got into an accident near the house. In his brand freaking new, Dodge truck. Had heard us talking about this place, took his truck there. Got the same level of service and his new truck looking new again.

Repaired my husband's car very courteous wonderful service Great job done very polite friendly people they work on ambulances and fire trucks and other stuff their work is just outstanding and it is before and after pictures We are very happy with the work that was done in a time frame it was done in definitely would be using them again so if you need somewhere to fix your car call them got a quick estimate found that the car was not drivable which could have dangered my husband but instead saved us more by giving us a quick estimate

After damage to my car happened, I called around to many shops that my insurance participated with. This shop could see me immediately for an estimate and start repairs the next week. All the other shops couldn't even give me an estimate for over a week! The process all went smoothly and quickly, only taking a few days for repairs. They also have two very cute dogs! They are so chill and sweet, don't bark at customers or anything. It was a highlight of my experience to meet them!

Had a small issue with my van Taneytown Colision had worked on my vehicle this past summer with a dent and paint job so I stopped by asked for an estimate they took my van inside to take a look at it next thing I knew they came to me said its fixed I asked what do I owe they said you owe nothing it is on us❤️ great service along with great people and quality work Highly recommend Taneytown Collision
