100% recommend this place if you need service. Ftsum took care of me and provided me discounts to help accommodate what I could afford. Ftsum has great customer service and skills. The turn around to get my car back was 2 days!!! He got the parts and did the labor all in one day. If you need affordable car service, this is the place to go. They actually care about their customers and what they can afford! Unlike other car dealerships who are always money hungry!!! He checked my vehicle and quoted me for free as well. I have been a customer of this mechanic for over eight years, and during this time I have consistently received exceptional, trustworthy, and highly skilled service. One experience in particular demonstrated his professionalism and expertise beyond any doubt. In 2019, I took my 2016 Toyota Corolla to Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires for a routine oil change. Unfortunately, the mechanic there failed to close the oil filter properly. Within an hour of driving, my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road and would not move. The engine had been completely destroyed. When I had the vehicle examined at both the Toyota dealership and by another mechanic, they confirmed that the engine had no oil and was beyond repair due to the improper service.
