I had a great experience with the Tesla Collision Center at Owings Mills for repairs to my Model Y. They are really busy, but I appreciate them being able to squeeze me in earlier after I couldn't make my original appointment, despite the next available time in the Tesla app being over a month away. Service was fast, I was given an estimated 2-4 weeks for repairs, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Emily and Lily were excellent checking me in and out. Easy to work with as well in terms of insurance. They have rental vehicles too if needed.

I am a first time Tesla owner so my car is my baby. I was in a non driverless collision which required my car to go into the shop. My collision advisor Lily Hartloff was amazing making sure my car was turned around quickly. Had to go back to get a windshield replaced and Lilly and the entire collision team ensured I had a loaner. Whew thank you Lilly and Tesla Owings Mills for exceptional customer service
