If I could give a zero or less I would. I went there, the guys are nice, it's kinda gross sitting in their filthy waiting area. I got an oil change and my breaks done. Over priced, and they almost killed me and my daughter who was 8 months pregnant at the time. The man who worked on my van did not tighten the lug nuts on my passenger side front tire. I was on the highway, and I lost my tire. Damaged my vehicle and traumatized my daughter and I. I even went back to let them know of their mistakes and my misfortune. They apologized and that was it. If you care about your family and your life, dont ever go here. More trouble that what it was worth.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did I have to call to get any update for the car, they told us it would be done by a certain time more than once and it wasn’t done. We got tires that were dry rotted. The tire literally just split into pieces not even a week later! It’s literally been 6 days and the car sat over the weekend so it’s only been driven 4 out of 6 of those days.

I went inquire about my engine and tire pressure light. I dropped my car off at 10:30. I never received a call for an update so I called at 3 and was told to call back in 15 mins. I went back to the shop at 4pm and no one even touched the car. Once when I said I will take my car somewhere else they was able to do the diagnostic. When I asked for pricing, the gental men walked away and came back was I going to get it fixed. When he gave me the quote and the breakdown the cost didn't add up. The communication was not great or even good at that matter. From the lady at the front desk to the mechanics in the back no one seemed to be able to answer any questions. My car was there for 6 hrs they looked at my car for 45 mins. From my time being wasted to the cost break down I don't trust the shop.

They stold my brakes and claim that I brought use brakes. Then they want to sell me another brake and charge me more. Very dishonest, thieves, and poor job. My car is make a bad, loud noise even after they repair my brakes. Never would recommend to anyone. Please don’t waste your money and causes more issues to your car.

Muffler randomly fell down on highway yesterday, Testimony auto got me in quickly and helped me out. I was super grateful to find them & they were affordable!
