They’ll fail you if you bring your vehicle in for a “courtesy inspection” (Rideshare) and then report it to your Carfax, claiming you have 30 days to correct it, with made-up issues like: “all of your strut control arms are blown.” If my suspension actually needed serious work like that, I would 100% notice immediately: the drivability would be completely unsafe and obvious. His original quote was $5,400 for parts (including new tires) and labor. After I challenged him and pointed out how absurd that price was, he suddenly dropped it to $3,700. How does a quote “miraculously” drop almost $2,000 after 30 seconds of pushback? That alone confirmed what I suspected: they’re allegedly just trying to squeeze customers for profit. And to be crystal clear, this is not a fake hate post. I’m not even posting anonymously. I later had my car inspected by a different shop and they found no issues at all. For legal purposes: they are allegedly a for-profit shop

TG Automotive has been a god send to us. This team is honest, fair, professional, efficient and incredibly professional. Connor at the front service desk, keeps communication lines open and is a joy to work with. Customer Service is 5 stars for sure!!! Took my car in for Maryland state inspection and a few other general repairs. They are reasonably priced and very communicative. They don’t push anything you don’t need. Will definitely use them again.
