At a quick glance, the car smelled nice and appeared clean. While looking closer up, there were a lot of crumbs left and not much attention paid to detail. The service was extremely quick, which I appreciated, but I wish they spent more time getting the car cleaner. For $210 I thought that it would look better than when I clean my car myself. I also found the $50 pet hair fee to be a little pricey. This is the second vehicle I have brought to the detail stop, hoping that they would live up to their reviews and have their work reflect their high prices, but it did not prove to be true. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind and easy to schedule with.

When purchasing a brand new car at Jones’s, I was offered an option for window tinting, remote start and a few other options for additional cost. I opted to have my windows tinted and remote start installed. When receiving my car back, I found that my tint was bubbled in many places on many windows also the tint was not even touching the windows on some windows. I was given the excuse that it was too cold outside for the tint to be applied without any noticeable issues. After looking at my tint, I opened my car door and found my glove box on the floor of my car. This is not the way they received my car for the work. I prefer to use D and L for my window tint as I made the huge mistake of using a Jones contractor.

We recently had an old 1999 Chevy Camero fully detailed inside and out. It needed a lot of love! Stains were removed from seats and the cigarette smell was eradicated. The exterior was restored to its full glory. The aged and faded headlights were brought back to life and look particularly brand new. The car glistens and shines once again.
