Friendly staff good selection of stuff you would normally have to get from the catalog. Like the CNC plasma table. Great discounts on some of the tools there. Excellent selection of paints and powder coating colors. Lots of consumables definitely recommend stopping in.

The people at Eastwood are extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful product line, at a fair price. My only complaint is with their website function. It seems to always have an issue when I’m trying to research or buy something. In these situations, I resort to driving to their store and dealing with one of their employees. When you walk in they greet you, listen to your needs, and sell you what you want or need. No churning of some symbol on your computer screen until you give up watching it. Just “ok down this isle we have exactly what you need”. Maybe AI will solve these problems, but for now I’ll take the brick and mortar approach. I bought their Paintless Dent Removal kit and it works great. I was going to buy some consumables with it online, but checkout was nothing but a spinning disk, and it wouldn’t apply my discount. I’m happy it didn’t, because I got to meet one of their newer employees that was finishing up his first year with them. Most that I’ve met had been working with Eastwood for a long time. Especially in Pottstown PA. I did try to order an OEM touch up pen online the other day, and needed to call Jennifer (a very helpful and knowledgeable PERSON) who tried to enter my information on paint code with no results (other than a spinning symbol). What a world we live in🙄. Finally; she was able to order what I needed, with year, make, model, and the name of the color. Her computer came back with the same color code I gave her earlier😖. My outcome working with Jennifer was delivered quickly from Pottstown, matched my paint color perfectly, and the shipping fee was waved. If I could have given her a hug for her efforts and going above and beyond my expectations, I would have. I hope some very important person(s) at Eastwood reads this and fixes their website to be more user friendly and functional. But even more importantly, they need to show their employees how valuable they are to the company.

I had no idea this company was in this area until now. And they have been there for about 5 years I was told. Great place, excellent prices, and the guys there were awesome and extremely friendly. I will be visiting this store a lot.
