I wanted a suspension lift, wheels, and tires installed on my new 4Runner. Jeff put in a lot of time finding all of the exact products I was hoping for with great communication all along the way to make sure. At the end of the day, he was able to get everything I was hoping for well under piece meal internet purchase costs. He and his crew installed everything quickly, and my truck is perfect, exactly what I was hoping! Toyota's are hubcentric rims which are challenging to many shops to get balanced properly, my Bigger aggressive heavy tires are balanced perfectly. The alignment is spot on, at 70 mph I can take my hand off the wheel and the truck tracks perfectly straight.. Big Thanks to Jeff and his Crew! Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

2 stars. I brought my car in specifically to replace an upstream fuel/air O2 sensor and asked that only what was necessary to clear the check engine light be done. I also had them do an oil change and tire rotation. Instead, they performed a 30-point inspection (free of charge), charged a $160 diagnostic fee (I was not aware it was going to cost that much just to plug a device into the car after I already gave them the exact codes since the Emissions Inspection Station and Autozone found the same codes and other shops quoted just $100). They kept my car overnight and then presented a list of recommended repairs totaling over $3,500, with $1,400 just to address the check engine light. When I questioned the price, I was told additional parts (including undercarriage mud flaps) needed replacement and that access to the sensor was difficult due to broken components. I was also told that after replacement, additional testing and possible recoding could cost another $100–$200. They wanted to keep my car for nearly a week while waiting for the part. I asked if I could bring it back once the part arrived and was told yes. When I returned to pick up my car, the battery was dead. They attributed it to cold weather, despite this occurring in October. After getting a second opinion and calling multiple shops, I found another reputable shop that completed the same OEM sensor replacement for $275 total, including labor, and finished the job within 8 hours. Based on my experience, I recommend shopping around and getting multiple quotes before committing to any work here.

The best around! Jeff and Justin are super helpful and always so friendly. I love the digital inspections they do so I can see any issues they find on my vehicle and the after hours locker pickup is so convenient for people who work later. These guys are top notch

My first time at this repair shop and it was a great experience as a younger woman with little car experience. I Recently got a new (used) car and absolutely panicked that my oil leak was a far more severe situation. Made my appointment and dropped it off during closed hours. Within hours of opening the following day, they called me and walked me through the solution as well as their recommendations in a kind and informative manner. I also love that they send a link to approve/decline services as well as the itemized costs and a review of my car from a comprehensive inspection. They were so easy to work with and had my car ready to go within hours. I will most definitely be back for future maintenance!
