I recently took my car to Thomas Subaru after several warning lights came on. They quickly identified the issue as the transmission valve body and had the parts ordered and the repair completed in less than a week. The pricing for both parts and labor was very reasonable. I’m especially impressed with the new service manager, Jamie—she is incredibly friendly and consistently follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend!

This place is hysterically bad. We had a 2014 Legacy die on I-68 on January 26th. I found this dealership online so we could have it towed there for repair. We couldn’t get them to call us back until February 6th when they told us it needed a new transmission. Good job reading the codes by the way. On February 14th we purchased a new vehicle from THIS dealership. They even took the Legacy as a trade in for a few hundred bucks and we drove away. The sales department was really good by the way. Last night, March 21st, they called us to ask if we were going to replace the transmission. Just to review, THAT WAS EIGHT WEEKS AGO. And they have the title. WOW! Stay as far away from this service department as possible. This place seems to be hidden on Google maps by the dealership. There are a lot more 1-star reviews for this service department over there dragging down their reputation.
