DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They are Rude unprofessional & NOT customer friendly. Rented a car from them but failed to have car available for the confirmed prepaid rental. Lady behind desk yelling at me saying she tried calling me, blaming AVIS for not providing them enough rental cars. Extremely horrible to deal with! Would NOT do any business with a company that does not value their customers.

Absolutely outstanding and prompt service on a Sunday! Wow! Retired Marine, relocated from Great Lakes, Il. Car zonked out on base. Called Thomason’s towing.
