If I could give them ten stars I would. We were driving from Canada to Florida with a few planned stops along the way. At Wilkes Barre our transmission started to slip in first gear on our class B camper van which we live in for the summer and fall. We had to be in Annapolis next day so drove in second gear to get there. I called a few transmission shops in the area. No luck. Until I called The Three Brothers. I knew within less than a minute I had hit pay dirt. Lou and Victor could not have been more caring and sympathetic to our situation. We were in a real jam. They knew from the get go that there is not a snowballs chance that we will ever be able to use them again. But this did not stop them from pretty much dropping everything to make a fast repair happen. They called around to secure a rebuilt that could deliver in two days. We went there on Monday morning so they could assess. Victor drove us back to our hotel. Ordered the rebuilt and it arrived on Wednesday. By 4:30 on Wednesday the other Victor called to say it was done and he then delivered our van back to our hotel. They have the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Six hoists. Really high ones. . And they really care. There is a dad Victor. Two sons Victor and Lou and third younger brother who will join them soon. We had no doubt about the quality of work that would be done just by the time they each took with us and how they explained what they would do. They found a rebuilt that offers the warranty in Canada without us even asking. This shop and these guys care and go beyond, just because they care. Don’t even bother calling anyone else when in the Washington Annapolis area. Thank you guys.

I brung my tahoe to Gary after another shop pretty much ruined it. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle because it was a lengthy process. Thank you so much Gary !

I was a little skeptical even after reading the reviews, but I really needed a mechanic. In the end, I’m super happy with both the work and the price. I had done some research beforehand on what I thought the problems were and what they might cost, and they were pretty much spot on both the issues and expected pricing. The prices were totally fair and reasonable, and i liked that they sourced my parts from the dealer. I definitely recommend them and will be keeping their number for any future issues with my Mustang. Thanks again, guys!

I recently brought my vehicle in for some much-needed repairs and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about what needed to be done. The mechanic took the time to explain the issues clearly, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work on time. What really stood out was the honesty and integrity. My car now runs like new, and I have full confidence in the quality of their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service!

I had a problem with the Gear Shift Lever on my 2013 GMC Yukon Denali. I had my vehicle towed to Three Brothers Transmission. I spoke with the Victor and Leo and they were both very professional and courteous. They diagnosed the problem being a broken Transmission Cable, they fixed the problem and gave my car back to me in a timely manner. The Customer Service from Start to Finish was excellent. I recommend anyone who has a problem with their transmission, to take your car to Three Brothers Transmission on Beech Road, Temple Hills, MD.
