Tommy and the team at Tier Car care LLC are outstanding. On December 30th, the clutch line failed with my 2006 M3 convertible. I had come across Tier Car care LLC and since my previous mechanic had retired, I was desperate to find a new mechanic for larger more complex issues that I couldn’t handle myself. Thank goodness I saved that information and gave Tommy a call that morning. After I had it towed in Tommy and the team Quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue to get me back on the road again the next day (New Year’s Eve). I’ve had my car for 14 years and in that time, only had 2 mechanics have worked on it more than once or twice. One of those mechanics is retired now and the other one works for BMW. I won’t let just anybody touch my car. I’m picky. I’m meticulous. I waste their time asking 1000 questions, ask them to explain everything. Tommy and team not only did a great job repairing my car, but he put up with me,and actually was happy to talk about car stuff and Patiently answer every question I had about what the problem was, what he had done to fix it and what recommended items he might’ve seen when he was under there. In short, I think I’ve found my next great local Indy mechanic that I can trust with my car. I cannot recommend Tommy and his team at Tier Car care LLC more highly.

The team at Tier Car Care has vast knowledge of BMW’s as well as experience of performance upgrades and settings for upgraded performance parts. I have been a customer of Tier CC for 8 years and never hesitate to take any of our cars to their team for repairs or upgrades! Top Tier service!!

Best BMW knowledge, mechanics, and care you can get for your car, and doesn't just work on BMWs, they work on pretty much everything specializing in German cars. Tommy and DJ really take the time to look thoroughly through your car to determine the problems and the solutions and they explain it to you along the way. He has helped me diagnose my X3 and rebuild my M3 with a newly installed S54 engine. Tommy goes out of his way constantly to help others at any point in time. If you have an emergency he drops everything to help out. They constantly go the extra mile to help out and solve problems. Great service and great communication and they all show great pride in their work. Strongly recommend!

As a remote buyer of a BMW M car, I was looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and thorough BMW centric shop in the Baltimore area to perform a pre-purchase inspection for me. I found the right place in tier car care. I spoke to Tommy over the phone and explained that I would need him to be my eyes and ears for this car since I would not be able to see or drive it in person before I bought it. His inspection was extremely thorough, he talked me through everything he found, as well as recommended what services I should address for the specific model I was buying. Excellent service! A friend of mine referred me to Tier Car Care, more specifically Tommy after my custom e46 M3 touring wouldn't start one day. Not only did Tommy diagnose the issue but also found some other issues, while providing videos and pictures clearly showing me what I could or should address. There was no pressure to resolve any of the findings but I opted to address them all. My car has never driven this well. All Tommy's recommendations were spot on and set the right expectations. I will definitely will be bringing all my cars to him moving forward. Thanks Tommy for AND Tier Car Care crew who not only made my car better but went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule when I had to pickup my car.
