Any review that is not a 5 star is just a picky and prudent human. They are absolutely great, I slammed into a dear. In only a week, they completely fixed my bumper paint matched it to perfection. And even replaced pieces on my bumper that were not there to begin with. I worked with Steve and it was amazing. He called me often letting me know the status of my vehicle, along with asking me questions to make sure they had everything was perfect like where do I want my license plate mounted (It was mounted on the left of my bumper) as my placement was abnormal. Absolutely great all around!

2018 Nissan Rogue with factory paint fading and bubbling on/underside of the hood. I went to front desk to see about getting estimate to repair. I was told all booked til next week? Too busy to give a potential customer 15 minutes of your time? I WON’T BE BACK.

Great experience top to bottom, from drop off to pick up. The rental process was seamless, and my Subaru hasn't been that clean in years! The work was top notch and the entire staff was nothing but professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them!

Lots of other good places to get collishion repair done. Made an appointment through insurance company and when I showed up there was no record of my appointment. I even showed them the text messages of my confirmation she still made me make another estimate appointment. Ended up getting work done at Shaffer Ford, they gave me an estimate no appointment needed.

My experience had been extremly disappointing. A 4 day job is up to 21 days so far, damage was done from electrical work they did when they try to repair a wire the broke caused issues with the engine, a female manager seemed to be trustworthy but ended up being dishonest and admitted to just not calling the insurance claims adjuster back to resolve responsibility of the situation. When we picked up the truck today we drove out to the gas station to get gas and that's where we found out the didn't connect the fuel line back up. You couldn't add gas because when you opened the gas tank door it was just a hole. The first time i picked it up my son tried to drive it home but it didn't even make 4 miles before all the dash lights came on and the engine went into limp mode. I had to have it towed back so they could scan it to tell us it wasn't their fault. This story goes on forever it seems. I felt like they failed to accept responsibility for the issues, showed no integrity, lacked honesty and could have cared less about what a huge inconvenience the entire situation is causing. My recommendation is to try western maryland collision center. These guys are too big to care.
