This by far is one of the worst places to deal with for vehicle maintenance. Timbrook Ford received the vehicle on Feb 5th, 2024, for some repairs that were identified in a previous failed state safety inspection. The repairs were supposed to be between 300-600 dollars. It was also supposed to be done or worked on by next day. No phone call was ever received from the shop to state the car was done. When we finally called about the vehicle we were told that it still needed more work that what was quoted originally in order for it to pass inspection. This was going to add another 500-600 dollars. This song and dance went on until the following Thursday where the bill was now up around 1600 dollars and then still being told the vehicle was not finished. At that point a phone call was made where some service advisor pretended to be the service manager. The following day which is now a Friday and the end of week 2 for them having the vehicle, we do get a call finally getting a loaner vehicle from the Dealership. The following week happens and on Tuesday the 20th of Feb 2024 I get a call from the service manager stating that a mechanic was working on it that didn’t really work on cars that old. It is a 2007. He was on the correct path and that the service manager would work on the price for the inconvenience. I get the call to go pick up the vehicle on Thursday Feb 22nd, 2024. Go in to the dealership return the loaner car. Look at the bill after the service advisor briefly explains what the service manager did. Total taken off of a 1800+ dollar bill was 159.70. It dropped the total to 1660 and some change. So DO NOT TAKE your vehicle there for any service the incompetence is rampant. The dealership wouldn’t know customer service if it fell out of the sky and landed on them. Keeping a vehicle for almost 3 weeks to supposedly fix it is also insane. Bilking the customer out of money because your mechanic is incompetent is not the way to do business. Failure to update the customer in a timely manner about the status of the vehicle is not how I have ever been treated. If the customer has to call you to get the information about their vehicle perhaps then you should not be in the business of maintenance. Also as a side note, here in 2024 where we can pretty much get parts or anything else delivered to us in a timely manner and overnighted if necessary. Spare me the “it is difficult to get parts in” story. The supply chain is not having the same issues as a few years ago. This dealership is just incompetent. Continue to do business with them at your own risk. You have been warned about the shady nature and business practices of this dealership.

The women who work here at the front desk are incredible. My service was provided quickly and correctly. I’ll be bringing my vehicle back for any future services. I appreciate the hard work that they did to provide me with the services I needed and the prices are really great compared to some other dealerships that I have previously had services done at.

Was asked if the situation was urgent and if I needed my car back asap (it was), yet it took over 3 months to get my vehicle back, which wouldn’t have been a problem if they had been working on it. The first two months, it sat untouched, until I called about it. Only after I called did it start getting worked on 2 months after I dropped it off. Also, when I first dropped it off, I was told someone would get back to me about the estimated costs, yet nobody ever did, and when I would call about it, I was again told someone would get back to me within the next day or so, over and over and over. When my car was finally done, I never even got a call about it. I was told they had the wrong number on file, yet on the paperwork it literally has my exact phone number on file, so either they never bothered calling and lied about it or somebody was just lazy and called the wrong number and didn’t bother checking if they had the right number. A few of my friends have also had bad experiences here. Save your money and go somewhere else.
